Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role is essential for harmonizing sales and marketing strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives, supporting both SMB/Commercial New Business and Expansion Sales. The ideal candidate will optimize all revenue-generating activities to enhance growth and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the strategy and execution of revenue operations to align with the company's business goals. Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Engage closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to synchronize strategies and optimize the revenue pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and operational alignment across all GTM activities.

Technology Management:
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. Ensure tools and systems are fully utilized to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and evaluate performance against revenue targets. Generate insights and provide recommendations to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Team Development:
Guide a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all revenue operations adhere to legal and ethical standards. Establish and maintain controls and procedures that uphold company values and promote fair and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a dynamic, high-growth environment. Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and other marketing technologies.

Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to drive strategic visions and operational excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Information:
The annual base salary range for this position is $184,200 — $299,300 USD, with compensation based on various factors including location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity opportunities may be available.
