- Policy Compliance: Collaborate with compliance offices to maintain adherence to NCAA and institutional regulations regarding ticketing.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget for the ticket office, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
- Sales and Marketing: Execute targeted marketing initiatives to boost ticket sales, including outreach to alumni and potential season ticket holders.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate ticket inventories and robust accounting practices to support financial reporting and strategic planning.
Revenue Generation Strategies:
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize ticket sales for athletic and special events.
- Oversee online ticket sales and ensure the effective use of ticketing software.

Qualifications:
