Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal leadership position is essential for synchronizing sales and marketing strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives. The successful candidate will optimize all revenue-generating activities to foster growth and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction: Lead the formulation and execution of revenue operations strategies that align with the company's objectives. Establish and refine scalable processes that promote best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making. Collaborative Engagement: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment and enhance the revenue pipeline. Facilitate seamless integration and operational coherence across all GTM initiatives. Technology Oversight: Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies that bolster sales and marketing effectiveness. Ensure that tools and systems are fully utilized to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and analyze performance metrics against revenue targets. Generate insights and propose recommendations to refine processes, boost efficiency, and stimulate revenue growth. Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing revenue operations team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Compliance and Standards: Guarantee that all revenue operations adhere to legal and ethical standards. Develop and uphold controls and procedures that reflect company values and promote fair and ethical sales practices.Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and various marketing technologies. Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of driving strategic visions and operational excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and driving strategic initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.Additional Information
The annual base salary range for this position is $184,200 — $299,300 USD.
Compensation is determined by various factors including location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
