Outbound Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
- Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities through high-volume outreach and engagement.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, presenting our services and solutions to key decision-makers.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
- Own the Sales Cycle
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to setting up meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the account management team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies.
- Drive sales initiatives forward.
- Record and Analyze Sales Activities
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Meet Sales Targets
- Stay driven and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide Feedback and Insights
- Provide field feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Ensure alignment with market demands and customer needs.
- Develop and Execute Outreach Campaigns
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and engagement from potential clients.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Metrics
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in Ongoing Training and Development
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably with sales enablement tools.
- Proven experience handling a high number of daily cold calls, both office and mobile.
- Hands-on experience creating and conducting sales sequences, including crafting copy and testing strategies for effectiveness.
