Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
    • Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities through high-volume outreach and engagement.
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, presenting our services and solutions to key decision-makers.
    • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
  • Own the Sales Cycle
    • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to setting up meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
    • Ensure a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team
    • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies.
    • Drive sales initiatives forward.
  • Record and Analyze Sales Activities
    • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Ensure data accuracy and effective follow-up.
  • Meet Sales Targets
    • Stay driven and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide Feedback and Insights
    • Provide field feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies.
    • Ensure alignment with market demands and customer needs.
  • Develop and Execute Outreach Campaigns
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and engagement from potential clients.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Metrics
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in Ongoing Training and Development
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably with sales enablement tools.
    • Proven experience handling a high number of daily cold calls, both office and mobile.
    • Hands-on experience creating and conducting sales sequences, including crafting copy and testing strategies for effectiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
    • Highly entrepreneurial mindset: Ready to hustle as an early sales hire, shaping the future of our sales process.

    • Strong desire to grow: Eager to move towards a full-cycle role and eventually close deals independently.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Capable of crafting compelling outreach messages and engaging in meaningful conversations with prospects.

  • CRM and Organizational Skills
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage and track sales activities.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
