Inside Sales Executive

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? Denken Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Irvine, CA.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive business growth by generating leads, conducting impactful sales presentations, and maintaining robust customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have a knack for B2B sales and experience in SAAS software or staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation
  • Proactively identify potential business clients through various outbound strategies, including calls, emails, and social media campaigns.
  • Screen prospects to assess their needs and potential for business opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM system to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Partner with India and/or Philippines-based SDRs to convert leads to customers.
Sales Engagement
  • Deliver engaging virtual demos of our software.
  • Address client queries promptly to ensure clarity and advance sales processes.
Client Relationship Management
  • Provide support to new customers and then hand it to customer support.
  • Account management support for any escalations as needed.
Performance and Collaboration
  • Meet and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to capitalize on leads and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Provide insights to product and marketing teams on product features based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with software (SaaS) or in staffing/recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business clients.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
