Store Manager Job Description

TOD'S is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Beverly Hills location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the company's values and sales culture, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection sell-thru goals and Client Advisor volume goals
  • Provide leadership by analyzing sales data and developing action plans to drive top-line sales
  • Manage payroll budgets and controllable expenses to ensure store contribution is on target
  • Ensure the individual and collective skills of the team are utilized effectively, building a strong people-first sales culture
  • Prepare for future growth by identifying hiring needs, recruiting and hiring top talent, and maintaining a pool of candidates
  • Effectively manage store operations, ensuring consistent compliance with corporate directives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a retail store manager and/or multi-unit supervisor
  • Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals while maintaining payroll budgets
  • Ability to identify top talent, create teams, and train/develop/retain highly successful retail professionals
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify challenges and act in a timely manner
  • Ability to allocate time and execute multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate, organize, and lead
  • Ability to motivate and influence others through actions and examples
  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies successfully

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season
  • May require occasional overnight travel
