Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for all clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the management team to achieve store goals.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of luxury retail experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and client relationships.
  • Exceptional selling and clienteling skills, with the ability to build a loyal client base.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
