Frette Store Manager Job Description

Frette is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Store Manager to join our Beverly Hills team.

As a Store Manager at Frette, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the stability and reputation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Specialists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate as a Frette Brand Ambassador, embracing the company's selling ceremony and confidently speaking to the product and Frette's heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and outreach to drive continuous improvement.
  • Network within the neighborhood to create partnerships with showrooms, designers, hospitality, and property managers.
  • Contribute to client experience by offering white glove services, including home installations, consultations, Bespoke services, and home deliveries.
  • Manage and resolve customer service issues to retain client relationships.
  • Complete store operational requirements, including accurate monthly schedules, end-of-month recaps, and expense reports.
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures.
  • Minimize loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed and adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Proficiency with retail operating systems, including POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen, including the ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions.
  • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Team-oriented but also self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and business partners, along with a willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 40 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around the boutique floor, stock room, and offsite.
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and OSHA-approved ladder safety.
