Position Overview:
As an Administrative Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a District executive by managing a variety of complex and confidential administrative tasks. This position serves as a crucial link between the executive's office, District personnel, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to a District executive, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
2. Act as a liaison between the executive's office and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
3. Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
4. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, handling sensitive information with discretion.
5. Coordinate and oversee various administrative functions, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
Education:
Possession of an AA degree in business management or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of five years in an administrative support role, with significant experience in executive secretarial duties.

Skills:
- Proficient in modern office practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid California Motor Vehicle Driver's License.

Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks in an office setting.
