Job Overview

AscellaHealth is in search of a highly experienced and driven Integrated Marketing Manager to enhance our innovative marketing team. This senior-level role is essential for steering cross-departmental strategies and fostering collaboration with IT and Business Development teams to elevate our digital footprint and refine marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with IT and Business Development teams to ensure the effective integration of marketing strategies with technological solutions.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to create and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the formulation and implementation of digital marketing roadmaps, including enhancements to websites and management of CRM systems.
  • Align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives and goals.
  • Manage updates to website content, focusing on lead generation and SEO improvements.
  • Administer the comprehensive list of web domains.
  • Develop and enhance audience segmentation strategies in partnership with Business Development to ensure targeted messaging.
  • Lead customer journey mapping by creating use cases and identifying content needs for various customer segments.
  • Work with Business Development to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Direct the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns utilizing internal technology platforms.
  • Ensure email campaigns are optimized for delivery, engagement, and conversion.
  • Oversee the deliverability and reputation of email communications and segmented lists.
  • Create Marketing KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor marketing performance.
  • Analyze data to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing marketing effectiveness.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports on marketing channels and strategies.
  • Manage tracking and analytics strategies, including setting up Google Analytics and UTM tracking tools, in collaboration with IT support.
  • Strategically plan and oversee customer journey mapping initiatives to identify key touchpoints and enhance user experiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing to assess and refine marketing strategies and content.
  • Collaborate with Content Strategy and other internal marketing team members to develop personalized content strategies based on audience segments.
  • Ensure that content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our audience.
  • Lead additional digital marketing initiatives as directed by senior management.
  • Perform other related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in work assignments.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or IT with a business focus is required; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital management, with at least two years in a digital integrated marketing role.
  • Proven track record in managing digital roadmaps, CRM systems, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with web technologies and CRM platforms to effectively manage customer journeys, with a preference for Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Insights.
  • Ability to develop, report, and present data analysis to inform business decisions. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact).
  • Strong expertise in segmentation strategies, A/B testing, trigger campaigns, and personalized content development.
  • Ability to leverage technology platforms to optimize customer engagement and drive business success.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and KPI reporting tools, with required experience in Google Analytics.
  • Capacity to analyze trends and effectively communicate findings to leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving market conditions.
