  • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our audience.
  • Lead additional digital marketing projects as directed by senior management.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in work assignments.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or IT with a business focus is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital management, with at least two years in a digital integrated marketing role.
  • Proven expertise in managing digital roadmaps, CRM systems, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and CRM platforms for managing customer journeys is essential.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to drive business insights and decisions.
  • Strong skills in segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and personalized content development.
  • Ability to leverage technology platforms effectively to reach customers and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics.
