Role Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Productized Solutions will be instrumental in steering a team of solutions analysts and engineers to craft comprehensive solution models and pricing frameworks for our warehousing, fulfillment, and various order platform services, including contract centers, transportation, and merchant-of-record services. This role is crucial to our focus on Productized Services, which aims to utilize solutions and pricing strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Client Engagement: Interact with clients to comprehend their unique needs and challenges, crafting tailored solutions and pricing proposals to effectively address them.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of solution models and pricing strategies, tracking costs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
To be successful at GXO, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the logistics or supply chain sector, emphasizing solutions development and pricing.
- A proven history of leading teams to create innovative solutions and pricing strategies for warehousing and fulfillment services.
- A deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management systems, and fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
