About the Role

This Receptionist role is based in Miami, FL (onsite), and requires a US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors, provide directions, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements
  • US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
