We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation in Car and Truck History Books, purchasing materials in compliance with project requirements, and maintaining documentation on Test reports.

About the Role

The Office Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Quality Department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update documentation in Car and Truck History Books
  • Purchase materials in compliance with project/client requirements
  • Maintain documentation on Test reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in office operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
