Job Responsibilities:
Essential Technical and Functional Expertise

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment sector or Consumer Packaged Goods with a focus on Retail Execution.
  • Proficient in designing and developing ETL workflows utilizing DataStage.
  • Knowledge of Python programming.
  • Experience in large-scale Data Warehouse implementations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Data Warehouse solutions (Teradata, AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with additional ETL and reporting tools (DataStage, Python, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining extensive Data Warehouse solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with large agile teams in an Onshore/Offshore model.

Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse customer base globally, managing tight schedules and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to comprehend customer business requirements, processes, and system functionalities to translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring deliverables are developed accurately.
  • Capable of meeting concurrent deadlines in a dynamic environment, managing multiple assignments simultaneously, and coordinating deliverables with various teams.
  • Strong understanding of data being utilized in new models to assist with quality assurance and act as a subject matter expert.

Assist in validating dashboards and reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Essential Managerial Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Ability to manage expectations from multiple teams with competing requirements.

Required Skills:
DataStage, Python, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics.
