Sales Director

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead a team of commissioned Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets for an assigned territory. This role is responsible for creating a high-performing selling culture, driving store connectivity, and delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants.
- Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales growth.
- Drive customer service by responding to escalated customer inquiries and leveraging relationships with Installation partners.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate a commissioned sales force and drive results.
Working Conditions:
This role requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, and lifting material or equipment. The Sales Manager will typically be located in a comfortable indoor area with regular exposure to mild physical discomfort.
