About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive, Media Specialist to join our team at FINN Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving media strategies for a roster of local and national clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns to help clients achieve their goals
  • Drive media strategies for clients, including traditional and new media, social media, influencer, and digital platforms
  • Support the development of PR/communication plans, media pitching, content development, project management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior strategists to provide strategic counsel to clients on marketing communication matters
  • Participate in new business brainstorm sessions, proposals, and pitches to grow your skills and portfolio
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of agency experience with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of client service, including media pitching, content development, project management, and reporting
  • Experience executing integrated communication campaigns across traditional and new media, social media, influencer, and digital platforms
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Creativity, ingenuity, and an initiative-taking attitude
  • A bachelor's degree in public relations, business, communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field
