Office Coordinator Role at JWV

Position Title: Office Coordinator

Reports to: Director for Operations (DOO) / National Executive Director (NED). The Office Coordinator at JWV is integral to the seamless operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing human resources functions, including record management and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Managing accounts payable responsibilities to ensure prompt invoice payments.
  • Arranging travel logistics for JWV Leadership.
  • Acting as a point of contact for IT service providers and office suppliers.
  • Tracking office inventory and ensuring the upkeep of corporate documentation.
  • Providing support for various projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Requirements:
  • Capability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
  • Preference for candidates with military background or knowledge of Jewish traditions.
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations is advantageous.
  • Photography skills for documenting JWV events.
