Sales Director, Insurance Market Expansion

We are seeking highly motivated Sales Directors to join our organization in Massachusetts. As a Sales Director at Dane Street, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by identifying and developing new accounts, growing our wallet share with existing clients, and building critical relationships with operations teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements
- Initiating sales processes and recommending new products and services
- Increasing referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts
- Documenting sales and account activities into our internal CRM platform
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Business development mindset and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Motivation for sales and ability to meet sales goals
