Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Waterstone at the Circle in Boston, MA. As a key member of our senior living sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to fill our luxury independent community.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in Senior Living Sales. You must have a proven ability to close sales, be a dynamic self-starter, organized, and able to work as a team with internal departments. Exceptional customer service skills are also required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan.
  • Evaluate and identify occupancy strategies.
  • Develop relationships with families and client prospects within the community and referral sources.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a lucrative commission compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical plans, dental plans, vision plan, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) auto enrollment, life insurance, and more.
