Contracts Administrator:
Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support our labor relations and human resources teams. The successful candidate will assist with investigating, responding to, and preparing for labor grievances and arbitrations, as well as other legal and administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to labor grievances and arbitrations, ensuring compliance with union contracts and company policies.
- Triage inquiries from internal clients and union representatives, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Support human resources in investigations and potential discipline regarding employee misconduct, adhering to union agreements.
- Administer union contracts, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Collaborate with human resources team members, operational managers, union representatives, and attorneys to achieve labor relations and human resources goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably in a legal or administrative support role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administrative skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive workloads.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and working with contracts.
- Knowledge of labor relations and/or human resources matters.
- Proficiency in web-based databases and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
