ATR International is a leading provider of administrative support services to organizations around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordination Specialist - Senior to join our team.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
Job Description
The Administrative Coordination Specialist - Senior will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management and other stakeholders. This includes calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to senior management and other stakeholders
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
• Plan and execute events, including logistics and catering
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in administrative support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and other productivity software
• Experience in event planning and coordination
