About the Role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our small business clients, providing them with a seamless and personalized onboarding experience. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition to our industry-leading payroll and HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences
  • Implement ADP technologies and analyze existing systems to ensure a seamless integration
  • Partner with internal teams to exchange information and prioritize client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and project completion
