Position Summary: Client Relations Specialist

Global Lending Services is looking to expand its workforce and is in search of enthusiastic Client Relations Specialists to enhance growth by building strong partnerships with dealership affiliates, improving deal pipelines, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound communications with dealers to increase deal flow and promote the dealer program
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealer partners to ensure effective collaborations
  • Work closely with dealers on deal structures and decisions, providing essential support and updates
  • Keep precise records of communications in CRM and proprietary systems
  • Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers
  • Support the Funding team with documentation-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation expertise
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-driven with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work on-site full-time in a dynamic environment

  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment
  • Effective communication and information exchange skills
  • Willingness to work on-site with rotational Saturday shifts
