Position Overview:
As a key contributor to our operations, you will focus on enhancing and maintaining processes and equipment through various improvement and restoration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as an integral member of the assigned Operations value stream.
- Provide specialized knowledge in product and process matters to support critical decisions and activities.
- Spearhead Manufacturing Engineering efforts aimed at restoring and optimizing processes and equipment.
- Conduct Manufacturing Engineering experiments to support advancements in Manufacturing Technology that are essential for product and process roadmaps.
- Educate Engineers, Technicians, and production staff on products, processes, procedures, and equipment.
- Ensure equipment functionality, address malfunctions, and assist in complex setup and repair tasks.
- Identify and resolve gaps in process and equipment availability to enhance capacity.
- Support the rollout of new equipment and technologies for process execution and analysis.
- Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and take accountability for your results.
- Provide training to Technicians and production personnel on products, processes, procedures, and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in equipment troubleshooting.
- Fundamental knowledge of PCBA assembly equipment and electro/mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with smart factory tools, including Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Understanding of machines and tools, including their design, application, repair, and maintenance.
