Team Collaboration:

Actively participate as a key member within the designated Operations value stream.

Expertise Contribution:

Provide specialized knowledge in product and process areas to support critical decision-making and operational activities.

Engineering Leadership:

Lead initiatives in Manufacturing Engineering aimed at restoring and optimizing processes and equipment.

Experimental Development:

Conduct Manufacturing Engineering experiments that support advancements in Manufacturing Technology as outlined in the Product and Manufacturing Technology Roadmaps.

Training and Development:

Educate Engineers, Technicians, and production staff on relevant products, processes, procedures, and equipment.

Equipment Oversight:

Ensure proper operation of equipment, addressing malfunctions, and assisting in complex setup and repair tasks.

Process Optimization:

Identify and rectify gaps in process and equipment availability to enhance overall process capacity.

Technology Implementation:

Support the integration of new equipment and technologies for improved process execution and analysis.

Time Management:

Effectively manage personal time, prioritize tasks, and take accountability for outcomes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with equivalent experience.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and practical troubleshooting skills for equipment.

- Fundamental knowledge of PCBA assembly equipment, both electro-mechanical and applied.

- Familiarity with smart factory tools, including Manufacturing Execution Systems.

- Understanding of machines and tools, including their design, application, repair, and maintenance.
