Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Community Recreation Facilitators. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality programming and assisting with various community events and activities.

As a member of our dynamic recreation team, your primary focus will be to encourage participation in our engaging programs, including seasonal camps and activities designed for diverse age groups.

If you are passionate about working with youth, our organization offers a wide range of activities, from nature exploration and outdoor games to arts and crafts, field trips, and sports. Explore the variety of offerings available to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Recreation Facilitator I: Assisting with program activities, administrative tasks, customer service, and equipment setup and breakdown.
  • Community Recreation Facilitator II: Leading recreational programs and activities, including setup and breakdown duties.
  • Community Recreation Facilitator III - Certified Program Leader: Implementing certified recreation and sports programs, requiring specific qualifications.

Required Certifications: Candidates will be expected to obtain First Aid/CPR certification as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
