Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Education, or a related field
  • At least 1,000 hours of direct experience delivering recreation, cultural, or athletic instruction/programs
  • Ability to analyze situations, plan, organize, and research
  • Ability to speak and write effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain working relations with fellow employees and the public
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Recreation, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
  • Knowledge of recreation programming and services
