Role Summary:
This professional role entails providing clinical supervisory oversight for the Family Intensive Treatment program within the Families First Division. This program offers intensive, wrap-around treatment for parents with at least one child under the age of 10 who are engaged with child welfare due to issues related to substance misuse. The wrap-around services are grounded in evidence-based practices and research. By delivering these comprehensive services, the Family Intensive Treatment program aims to mitigate the effects of parental substance use on families, communities, and the child welfare system. The program includes a Counselor to address therapeutic needs, a Behavioral Health Case Manager to enhance parents' access to community resources, and a Peer Recovery Specialist to offer mentoring based on lived experiences. These services are delivered within the community setting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution, along with three (3) years of clinical experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience working with at-risk populations, including families facing substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health challenges, and emotionally disturbed children.
- Preferred: Florida licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
- Must obtain certification as a Wraparound Facilitator in high fidelity Wraparound and achieve certification as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach within three months of employment. Preference will be given to candidates already certified as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach in high fidelity Wraparound.
- Certification as a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) is preferred.
