Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at ICF International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and a focus on climate and transportation-related projects with state and local governments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to understand state and local climate and transportation policies, funding opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Identify and help prioritize new business opportunities in climate, energy, and/or transportation-related state and local projects and programs.
Collaborate with various ICF business units to ensure a cohesive approach to capturing new business.
Develop and manage pipeline of state and local climate, energy, and transportation sales opportunities in customer relationship management system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Policy, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or a related degree.
~5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related field, with a focus on climate and transportation related projects with state and local governments.
Experience using customer relationship management systems.
Understanding of state and local climate policies, transportation planning and programming, funding mechanisms, and policy and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
