Job Description

At Progression Incorporated, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the hiring process from start to finish, bringing in and developing new business, and maintaining existing business accounts to satisfy our clients' staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead generation through various means, including popular job boards and our applicant tracking system (ATS) Job Diva
* Utilize cold calling, emailing, and other means of communication to gain new business
* Maintain existing accounts and respond rapidly to all current clients' staffing needs
* Work closely with the recruiting team to gather qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
* Collaborate with the technical recruiting team to provide clients with the best available talent

Requirements:

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Prior staffing or sales experience is a plus
* IT knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
