Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled Clinical Regional Manager for Breast Imaging to oversee our esteemed women's health division.

Our organization operates 15 facilities equipped with cutting-edge 2D and 3D diagnostic imaging technologies, focusing on 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, bone densitometry, and general ultrasound services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of managing a sizable team of mammographers while ensuring an exceptional patient experience across all locations. In addition to mammography credentials, we require a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.

This is a full-time, salaried role that includes a comprehensive benefits package and requires travel of approximately 25%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of over 15 mammographers, including management of time cards, expense reports, and leave requests.
  • Develop and implement a staff development plan.
  • Ensure the highest quality of patient experience at each facility by collaborating with Regional Managers to meet objectives.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations to foster excellence while managing direct reports.
  • Participate in Performance/Quality Improvement initiatives related to patient care and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of all clinical personnel.
  • Develop guidelines, SOPs, and training materials for clinical and administrative staff, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Train new mammographers on equipment, Infinitt software, and workflows to guarantee quality care and compliance.
  • Manage procurement of medical supplies for all facilities.
  • Provide technical assistance to mammographers regarding imaging and physician orders.
  • Support the scheduling manager with clinical insights on appointment types and time allocations.
  • Process monthly pathology requests for all facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations on workflows at each site.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training for all clinical staff to promote a collaborative healthcare model.
  • Work closely with the Senior Clinical Compliance Manager to uphold State, Federal, and regulatory agency standards.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Radiology with current R.T. registration and mammography certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Organizational Leadership.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a large practice or hospital setting.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing a team of more than 10 personnel.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong data and analytics experience; advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and change management abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
