Position Title: Scrum Master Senior I

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master Senior I to support Agile project management initiatives within the PEO EIS MSP. This role is REMOTE with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile project management efforts, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, removing obstacles to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Promote continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes in project delivery.
  • Utilize Agile tools and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, to manage project workflows effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service management, particularly in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in AWS services and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT teams successfully.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is advantageous.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-recognized Scrum Master certification in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in Agile practices and service-oriented environments.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile principles.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret security clearance.
