Position Title: Scrum Master Senior I

Position Summary: This role is integral to the Agile project management initiatives under ASRC Federal's CECOM SETA Support within the PEO EIS MSP. The PEO EIS MSP is responsible for ensuring the effective management and delivery of IT projects for the U.S. Army through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile practices, ensuring adherence to principles and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles to enhance team performance and project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Agile tools and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe to optimize project workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT service management with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in AWS services and best practices.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is advantageous.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret security clearance.
