Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Scrum Master Journeyman I to support Agile project management efforts within the PEO EIS MSP. This role is REMOTE with occasional travel to client sites required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile project management practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, removing obstacles to enhance productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality results.
  • Utilize Agile tools and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in AWS services and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is advantageous.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-recognized Scrum Master certification in lieu of degree.
  • 5 years of experience with strong communication and technical negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage Agile software development efforts and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret security clearance.
