Job Overview

Position Title: Project Management Lead

Reports to: Senior Project Management Lead

Role Objective

The Project Management Lead is tasked with developing, implementing, and nurturing a cooperative business relationship between USA Renovations and its clients. This position will strategize, oversee, and execute sales initiatives (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) in collaboration with clients while working internally with cross-functional teams to implement, communicate, and validate these strategies. The Project Management Lead will also be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and driving accountability and sales growth within their designated division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong sales relationships with key accounts and clients.
  • Manage strategic business projects from conception to successful completion under the direction of the Senior Project Management Lead.
  • Conduct project scoping and oversee the scope for all initiatives.
  • Assist and collaborate with leadership in decision-making, program management, and the execution of initiatives.
  • Identify, define, and propel critical projects and initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Recommend products and services that align with the client's business objectives.
  • Oversee the purchase order and invoicing processes with third-party vendors.
  • Act as a liaison between production teams, senior management, and sales leadership regarding sales performance, employee welfare, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Supervise daily operations in collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing various administrative tasks including managing schedules, generating correspondence, maintaining both physical and electronic files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing inquiries and developing action plans to resolve them, while assisting in the preparation and distribution of communications.
  • Create presentations and develop informational packages in preparation for leadership meetings.
  • Provide business analytics, insights, and guidance to support informed business decision-making.
  • Drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Associate's degree in business management, construction management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred certifications in safety, equipment operation, or OSHA.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, building partnerships and working cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of developing and delivering multi-faceted communications that address the unique needs of diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to interpret plan drawings and specifications.
  • Competent in navigating Windows operating systems.
  • General understanding of online plan rooms, CRM tools, and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Availability for after-hours communication as required.
