Your responsibilities

Become a part of Stryker Communications, where we are advancing safer, more efficient, and intelligent operating rooms through innovative room design, integrated medical devices, and automation.
  • Primary Function: Develop and implement an Intelligent OR roadmap to enhance a leading OR infrastructure footprint.
  • Collaborate with a motivated team to pinpoint key opportunities for improving safety and efficiency metrics in the OR.
  • Engage in the commercial launch of new OR intelligence software and products.
  • Gain insights into customer needs and understand why they choose to partner with Stryker Communications.
  • Create detailed market models to identify the most significant safety and workflow efficiency opportunities within the operating room enterprise.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, competitors, collaborators, and potential threats to Stryker's Smart OR initiatives.
  • Establish and oversee project financial models, ensuring accountability for timelines and driving growth in both revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend market conditions and product positioning.
  • Work across Stryker's business units to integrate leading surgical devices into smart operating room environments.
  • Understand various marketing channel strategies and their business implications.
  • Assist in constructing the annual marketing plan with targeted analysis and collaborate on key strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively work with market research to gather customer insights for segmentation.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to ensure that key learnings and unmet customer needs worldwide are incorporated into our project investments.
  • Advocate for customers and influence product or portfolio modifications based on their feedback.
  • Develop portfolio goals and metrics.
  • Utilize market data, planning tools, and expert opinions when analyzing channel strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for relevant products/product lines and address technical inquiries.
  • Monitor and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in medical devices or marketing/sales preferred
Travel Percentage: 30%
