As a key member of our Electrical Engineering team at Nexus Technologies, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, project management, and implementation of electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering project management, with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, and control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
