  • Perform general labor tasks to support project execution.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials for daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $18, with adjustments based on experience. After your initial 90 days of employment, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Merit Professional Services contributes $400 per month towards your chosen insurance plan.

Paid time off is also available to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will accrue 40 hours of paid time off annually, which can be scheduled with your supervisor in advance.
