Administrative Coordinator

Saafe Behavioral Svcs. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to enhance our team dynamics. This role is pivotal in managing the overall administrative operations and facilitating various office events.
The successful candidate will possess substantial administrative experience, adept at supporting diverse employee levels. The role requires a welcoming demeanor, excellent communication capabilities, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Management: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of all office supplies. Initiate requests for new supplies as necessary and coordinate food and beverage orders for events.
- Team Management: Organize routine staff meetings, supervise and delegate tasks to support personnel. Establish effective communication channels with administration, manage employee workflows, create schedules, and assess performance to identify improvement areas. Handle employee absences and time-off requests, and address supervisor calls and complaints to resolve issues effectively.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events that foster a positive and engaging work atmosphere. Address correspondence, complaints, and inquiries promptly. Provide auxiliary support to other administrative staff as required, including answering phone calls, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing essential documents.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of prior experience in office management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant EMR software.
