Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operations support to Professor Thalia Wheatley and the Consortium for Interacting Minds (CIM).
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-year internal-use research budgets, including tracking expenses and monitoring pay and reimbursements for students and staff.
Assist with drafting funding applications and required reports.
Coordinate reimbursements and track deadlines for required reports to research funders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
