The Branch Director is a key leader responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Home Health branch. This role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, with experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in Home Health or Hospice. We are seeking a skilled professional who can develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient branch operations, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead a team of clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to promote excellence in patient care and operational performance.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and the AVP of Operations and Finance Department to establish branch revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct regular quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, referral sources, and internal teams, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and meet admission goals.
Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with experience in motivating, educating, and supporting staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EMR proficiency, with prior experience in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
