Position Overview:
As a key member of Happier People Management, the CRM Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies within our community and membership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and integration of data across various platforms, collaborating with multiple teams to align CRM strategies with organizational objectives.
- Generate comprehensive reports that guide decision-making and foster growth.
- Focus on leveraging CRM capabilities to strengthen member relationships and amplify community impact.

The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into our brand, embodying our values and culture while inspiring enthusiasm among team members and clients alike. A positive and collaborative approach is essential as we operate within a small, versatile team where everyone contributes to various tasks.

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: CRM Manager
- Direct Reports: None

Operational Duties:
- Oversee daily operations related to member acquisition and community-focused CRM processes within our management platform.
- Develop and manage CRM pipelines, stages, and workflows to enhance member engagement and retention efforts.
- Coordinate communications and actions, ensuring timely and precise updates.
- Execute daily CRM functions, including account maintenance, database management, and data reporting.
- Maintain integration of the CRM platform within the broader organizational data ecosystem to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Support and Training:
- Provide technical assistance and ongoing training to users to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system.
- Collaborate with membership and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall program goals.

Reporting and Improvement:
- Generate and distribute performance reports to inform management and executives on database metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with CRM vendors to enhance operational efficiency and workflows.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and industry trends, communicating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and design effective workflows.
- A self-starter with a creative mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, influenced by factors such as prior experience and relevant skills.
