Overview:


The Client Relationship Specialist is dedicated to delivering outstanding telephonic support for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program.

A typical day involves managing both incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining accurate account records, and fostering a positive relationship with our clientele.

Our team is committed to achieving high levels of satisfaction and service by embodying our core values, ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience.


Responsibilities:
Utilize client relationship management software (Salesforce) to streamline the process of addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues

Effectively resolve client questions, intricate situations, and concerns with confidence, relationship-building, and active listening skills

Assist clients with empathy, understanding, and expertise in the subject matter

Document client interactions clearly and succinctly

Present settlement options to clients for their consideration

Possess a strong understanding of client service protocols, utilizing an internal knowledge base to enhance the client experience

Guide clients through discussions regarding next steps to achieve their financial objectives

Support clients facing potential legal actions from creditors; we offer guidance throughout this process

When necessary, escalate and refer clients to managers, team leaders, and other departments as appropriate

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required; College degree preferred

2+ years of experience in a relationship-focused support role

2+ years of Customer Service experience

Experience in a financial or banking environment preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, adept at using various systems and tools, with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to maintain professionalism, confidence, and patience when addressing complex issues

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
