Key Responsibilities:

This role is dedicated to Private Wealth Management. The Wealth Management Client Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Financial Advisor team to strengthen and expand existing client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialized assistance in areas such as Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management, or Business Management, while dedicating over 50% of time to relationship management activities.
  • Participating in client meetings to discuss investment strategies, account performance, new offerings, and market trends to foster growth and client acquisition.
  • Collaborating with portfolio managers, product specialists, and Senior Wealth Planners to coordinate all sales and service initiatives.
  • Working alongside the Financial Advisor and/or Senior Business Manager to create, implement, and oversee the client service model.

This position requires compliance with SAFE Act registration standards. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and must obtain all necessary state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support.

Additionally, individuals in this role are required to maintain a Form ADV -2B, detailing their experience and educational background, in accordance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

It is essential to obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation.

Strong communication skills, the ability to lead through collaboration, and excellent organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services, alongside proven risk management capabilities, is required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to research and resolve escalated client issues effectively.
