Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $18.87 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct foot patrols, manage access control, and monitor CCTV systems.
  • Enjoy weekends off and take advantage of daily pay options.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the provision of quality services to designated clients. This role will serve as a liaison among clients, Operations Managers, and security personnel. The supervisor will lead site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and necessary disciplinary actions within the approved empowerment range.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is required as a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Intermediate computer skills to operate advanced wireless technology at client-specific locations.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficient in utilizing scheduling and billing software to generate reports that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
  • Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs, addressing site-specific hazards for security personnel.
  • Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings as necessary.
  • Enforce company policies as outlined in employee handbooks and executive memos.
  • Capable of working in various environmental conditions, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds and climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
  • Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
