About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Vector Security and Vector Security Networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas by prospecting for new clients and establishing mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to obtain referrals and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Security System Design: Inspect and review physical premises to design and implement security system requirements that meet client needs.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents according to established company guidelines.
  • Closing Sales: Close sales and provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Job Progress Monitoring: Monitor job progress and demonstrate the operation of security systems, including a final walk-through with clients.
Requirements
  • Prospecting Sales Experience: 1 year of prospecting sales experience.
  • Outside Sales Experience: 1 year of outside sales experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales Ability: Strong sales ability and persuasiveness.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer service.
  • Goal Completion: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
