Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to a designated client. The Security Site Supervisor will serve as a key liaison among clients, Operations Managers, and security personnel. This role involves supervising site staff while providing guidance, recognition, and necessary disciplinary actions within the established empowerment framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct foot patrols, manage access control, and monitor CCTV systems.
  • Supervise site personnel and ensure adherence to contract standards.
  • Administer site safety protocols, addressing specific hazards for security officers.
  • Utilize scheduling and billing software to generate necessary reports for effective management.
  • Handle crisis situations at the client site with composure and efficiency.
  • Participate in unemployment hearings as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
  • Meet state and local licensing requirements as applicable.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Have intermediate computer skills to effectively operate client-specific technology.
  • Be prepared to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather.
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
