Essential Skills and Qualifications
We are currently in search of qualified armed security personnel.
We offer competitive compensation: $18/HOUR, WEEKLY PAY, and a comprehensive benefits package including HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION, 401(K), and FREE UNIFORMS.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Possession of a valid "G" security license with at least 2 years of Armed Security experience
  • OR prior Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug test
  • Able to work shifts of up to 12 hours
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Physical capability to lift over 25 lbs.
  • Endurance to stand or sit for extended periods and navigate stairs
  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to inform individuals of policies and procedures

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Safeguard, patrol, and secure company assets and premises
  • Conduct routine foot patrols within and around the facility
  • Engage with patients, visitors, staff, and the public
  • Initiate alarms or contact appropriate authorities in emergencies
  • Manage and supervise the entry of individuals and vehicles
  • Assess security-related issues and implement preventative measures
  • Investigate disturbances and, if necessary, request law enforcement assistance
  • Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned according to standard operating procedures
  • This role necessitates prolonged standing, walking, bending, and some lifting
