  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role in a manufacturing facility.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the plant, ability to lift 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Spanish speaking.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations, understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and basic computer and report writing skills.
